Men’s Resource Center
Hanszen College has opened a Men’s Resource Center. No, it is not a joke. At least we hope not. Rice guys need a place to seek help and offer support concerning the many oft-ignored trials and tribulations of the male life. During a time when third-wave feminism tells women that they can do anything, men still often have to deal with strictly confined social roles, which often include not seeking help when it is needed. We encourage the use of the new MRC and look forward to the day when it has a permanent location in the Rice Memorial Center.
